The luxurious Luana Garden Villas are part of the final phase of the Honua Kai Resort & Spa, positioned on Kaanapali Beach. Together, these neighboring villas include one garden-level and another upper-level unit, boasting a total of six king beds, six bathrooms, and two sofa beds, which can accommodate up to 16 guests comfortably.

Each villa offers over 2000 sq. ft. of modern living space, highlighted by expansive western-facing windows that open onto generous lanais. These features provide ample room for you and your family to soak in the relaxing Maui lifestyle while enjoying the comfort of your private homes.

Your stay at these upscale villas includes fully equipped gourmet kitchens where you can prepare your favorite meals. The lanais come complete with outdoor kitchenettes and BBQ grills, alongside plenty of dining and lounging areas perfect for socializing with loved ones. Additional conveniences such as private garages and full-sized ensuite washers and dryers enhance your stay.

TAX INFORMATION: The State of Hawaii imposes a total tax rate of 17.962%, made up of a 4.172% excise tax and a 13.25% transient tax applicable to all short-term accommodations. This tax will be detailed on your reservation confirmation and may change in the future. The higher tax rate takes effect for all departures starting January 1, 2024, regardless of booking dates.

OCCUPANCY RESTRICTIONS: Any additional guests, including infants and toddlers, are not permitted without prior approval. If granted, a fee of $100 plus tax per day will be applied for each extra guest.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made more than 60 days before arrival incur a 10% cancellation fee based on the total amount paid. Cancellations within the 60-day window may result in a forfeiture of all payments. We recommend purchasing travel insurance for added security. Note that any credit card fees will be deducted prior to issuing refunds.
